Child Development Center
Welcome to Littlest Learners, a child development center and lab school nestled on the beautiful campus of Carroll Community College. We offer very flexible schedules, from 1 to 5 days a week, in the morning, afternoon or all day. Student and sibling discounts are available.

College students are frequent visitors as part of their coursework, learning to become future teachers by providing model lessons to the children. Non-Refundable Fees
- Registration fee – $75.00
- Late charge for each minute beyond your time slot – $1.00
- $25 waitlist fee – to be removed from registration fee at time of registration
Sibling Discount
- 10% discount for each additional sibling
