Emily Crouse: A.A. Degree to LPN to RN
Emily Crouse came to Carroll in 2012 and graduated in 2014 with an Associate of Arts Degree. She enjoyed Carroll so much, that when she decided she wanted to pursue a career in Nursing, she came back to Carroll. This summer, she graduated from the Licensed Practical Nursing program, and in 2016 she’ll be graduating from the Registered Nursing program.
“I like Carroll’s smaller class sizes and the professors and all of the knowledge they impart to students. They care about us. They advocate for us. And they make all of the difference.”

“I’ve learned more than nursing skills in the college Nursing Program. I learned how to have compassion. Nurses need to be able to relate to patients, in a fair and non-judgmental way. We need to care about people, to actually love what we are doing.”
