“Best Carroll County Cookie Contest” is a prestigious event organized in honor of Dr. Ball, the retiring president of Carroll Community College. As Dr. Ball is an avid lover of cookies, we aim to celebrate his retirement by discovering the best cookie in Carroll County.
The winning cookie will be named after Dr. Ball or the College and incorporate our beloved mascot, Lightning the Lynx.
