Carroll Community College Signs Educational Partnership Agreement with the Literacy Council of Carroll County, Inc.

Westminster, MD─ Carroll Community College (Carroll) and the Literacy Council of Carroll County, Inc., signed an Educational Partnership Agreement Wednesday, June 7, to work together to provide accessible, comprehensive educational opportunities to adults in Carroll County who want to earn a GED®, improve their reading, writing and math skills, learn English or improve current English skills, prepare for citizenship, and further develop workforce or life skills.

“This partnership marks a significant step forward in our efforts to ensure that all members of our community have access to the education and skills they need to succeed in the workforce and in their personal lives,” said Kelly Koermer, Vice President of Continuing Education and Training at Carroll.
