24×7 Canvas Support

Canvas Support is now available anytime you need it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To access Canvas Support, follow these three quick steps:

  • Make sure you are logged into Canvas
  • Select “Policies & Support” on the left blue global navigation bar. 
  • Select how you want to contact Canvas Support. There are the three different Canvas Support options.

Canvas Support Options

  • Call the Canvas Support Hotline
    Speak with a Canvas support agent about your Canvas issue.
  • Chat with Canvas Support
    This method opens a text-based chat system where you speak with a Canvas support agent in real time.
  • Report a Problem
    This method files a ticket with Canvas Support, and they will respond to your issue via email.
