Welcome to Carroll Community College!
Dear Students, Faculty, Staff, and Community Members,
I am thrilled to join the Carroll Community College family as your new president. Since our founding in 1993, Carroll has been a beacon of educational excellence, serving well over 150,000 students. Our mission is simple yet powerful: Empowering Learners, Changing Lives, and Building Community. Our goal is to help each student turn individual dreams into reality. I am privileged to serve alongside dedicated faculty, staff, and students who embody a spirit of belonging and commitment to education.

Carroll offers a diverse range of academic programs, including 50+ Credit Degrees and Concentrations, 15 Credit Certifications, and 30 Workforce Training Certificates that lead to licensure or certification for career entry and advancement. We are committed to providing accessible, high-quality educational opportunities that advance careers, enrich lives, and strengthen the communities we serve.

Our commitment extends to students of all ages. From our Littlest Learners at the Child Development Center to dual-enrolled high school students, transfer seekers, career changers, entrepreneurs, and lifelong learners, Carroll embraces everyone seeking personal enrichment and growth.

We believe in continuous improvement. Carroll remains at the forefront of education by introducing state-of-the-art technologies. Our Digital Design and Fabrication Lab, Cybersecurity Labs, Virtual Reality Lab, Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems courses, and the cutting-edge 3-D Dissection Table and simulation mannequins for health care programs exemplify our dedication to enhancing the student experience and accelerating learning.

As we educate the workforce of tomorrow, we maintain close partnerships with key employers in our region. By staying abreast of industry trends and job requirements, we ensure our curriculum aligns with emerging workforce needs.
