First Day of Classes

Presidents' Day Open House

Monday, Feb. 18
Check in: 12:30 - 1 p.m.
Program: 1 - 4 p.m.

High school students and parents, join us for this event, which begins with a Welcome and Career Awareness activity at 1 p.m. in the Theater in the Scott Center. Then, rotate through the following three sessions:

• What to expect - life as a student
• Admissions and Financial Aid - learn to navigate your way through the processes
• Transfer - learn to seamlessly transfer to a four-year institution after completing your Carroll courses

Information tables and campus tours are available after the sessions.

High School Testing Date

Take advantage of completing your placement testing on your day off from school. Appointments are required. Call the Admissions Office at 410-386-8430 to schedule your testing appointment for Tuesday, Feb. 19  at 9:30 a.m., 1 p.m. or 5 p.m.

Placement tests are untimed. Allow 2 1/2 - 3 hours to test in English, reading and math. Improve your results, and prepare for the tests.  

New Student Registration

New student registration for the Summer and Fall Terms begin on Thursday, April 18 and is on-going until classes begin. Classes fill quickly, so do not delay. You may meet with an Admissions Counselor or Academic Advisor for course approvals prior to the start of registration. 

Spring Open House

Thursday, April 4, 6 - 8 p.m.

Discover how to begin your education/career training at Carroll. This drop-in event offers information tables and campus tours, which are on-going throughout the event. Information sessions provide an overview of the Admissions and Financial Aid process, plus the path to changing your career. Also learn about:

• Academic credit programs
• Non-credit career training opportunities
• Earning a degree and then transferring
• Adult Education program options (GED, EDP and ESOL)

Campus Tours

By Appointment Only

Contact the Admissions Office at 410-386-8430 or at admissions@carrollcc.edu to arrange for a private group tour. Email requests should include a day and time that works with your schedule. Tours are normally scheduled and confirmed within 24 - 48 hours of the request.
