CISCO CCNA Certified Technician

Prepare to take and pass the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) exam.

Carroll offers Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification preparation through a four course series in partnership with Hagerstown Community College. Courses 1 through 4 are offered in an hybrid format, which combines online and in class instruction, to provide flexibility in earning your CCNA Routing and Switching certification.

  • TEC-272 CCNA Certification Level 1 - Currently in progress
    Learn the architecture, structure, functions, components and models of the Internet and
    other computer networks. The OSI and TCP layered models are used to examine the nature and roles of protocols and services in conjunction with the Cisco Networking Academy. The principles and structure of IPv4 and v6 addressing and the fundamentals of Ethernet concepts, media and operations are introduced to provide a foundation for the curriculum. Introductory router/switch device configuration skills are also included. Prerequisites: A+ certification or equivalent work experience.
     
  • TEC-273 CCNA Certification Level 2 - Register now!
    Examine the architecture, components and operation of routers, and apply the principles of routing and routing protocols. Analyze, configure, verify and troubleshoot the primary routing protocols of EIGRP and OSPF using IPv4 and v6. Learn to recognize and correct common routing issues and problems. Offered in conjunction with the Cisco Networking Academy. Required: CCNA Networking 1.
