  • ADA Club gives students who are interested in Disability issues and advocacy the opportunity to network, mentor, socialize and to discuss related topics and plan related events on campus.
  • ALLIANCE provides a secure and supportive atmosphere free of bias and inequalities because of sexual orientation.
  • Animal Science Club provides knowledge and insight into any major or future career that involves animals, including offering first-hand animal advice and experience. 
  • Campus Activities Board (CAB)  provides a variety of activities for the student body including social, recreational and cultural events. 
  • Carroll Student Art Society is a community of local artists seeking to develop their artistic abilities and contribute to creating art.
  • Cru exists to provide regular opportunities to study the Bible, worship and pray, in a group setting that fosters fellowship, encouragement and discussion among members.
  • Drama Club creates events and opportunities for students who have a passion for the theatrical arts.
  • Early Childhood Education Club (ECE) increases awareness of the importance of the early childhood period. Community outreach and professional leadership activities are emphasized for ECE college students.
  • Floor Hockey Club allows students to enjoy the sport of floor hockey while maintaining competitiveness.
  • Gaming Club creates a welcoming environment for all gamers to assemble and talk about different types of games.
  • Graphic Design Club creates original art and designs using digital art software.
  • Hiking Club allows students who are enthusiastic about hiking an opportunity to share their passion with other hikers.
  • History Club educates others about the value of history and how it has shaped and continues to shape our culture, beliefs and political structure in today's society.
  • Multicultural Society promotes cultural awareness in the college community to create a more pluralistic society.
  • Runners Club encourages students to run recreationally and participate in fun runs/races. Participation in the club is a great opportunity to get in shape, especially for those who don't play sports, and are interested in organized group exercise.
  • Service Learning Club brings together students interested in serving the community. It helps students reflect on their service and its meaning to the larger community.
  • Ski and Snowboarding Club offers opportunities for students to ski and snowboard, with one another, at local resorts at discounted rates.
  • Student Education Association  increases the professional development of future educators through an emphasis on community service and involvement in leadership activities. 
  • Soccer Club an opportunity for students to experience a fun, energetic, competitive sport outside the context of divisional college soccer.
  • S.T.E.M. Club (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) provides opportunities for students to discuss similar interests and participate in STEM based activities within and outside the college.
  • Student Government Organization (SGO) represents the student body, promotes community service and student involvement with opportunities to serve on campus committees, and help with special events.
  • Student Newspaper Club - The Quill covers news and events relating to the college and surrounding area, and provides readers with a fair and unbiased journalistic source devoted to giving you information you need.
  • Veteran's Club equips veterans and veteran supporters with the tools necessary to succeed at Carroll.
  • The Well offers students who are interested in creative writing a platform to share their work and receive feedback from their peers.
Starting a New Club

If you are interested in starting a new student organization, all you need is an advisor and at least three interested students. Contact the Office of Student Life or view more information on starting a new club.

Intramural Sports

Intramural sports are held each semester and are free if you are enrolled in a Carroll credit class. Sports vary each semester, but include popular team sports like basketball, soccer, volleyball, softball and flag football. To participate, sign-up for intramural sports on Blackboard.

  1. Sign-in to Blackboard
  2. Go to the "My Community" tab
  3. Under the "Organization Catalog" heading, select the "Student Clubs and College Organizations" folder 
  4. Enroll in the intramural of your choice
