To designate Carroll Testing Center as your proctoring site, please contact your home institution. Colleges and universities generally have a form that the tester completes using our contact information. Your college may send your tests directly to us at:

Our proctoring fee, $25 per test, is payable prior to testing. Please be sure to bring your testing fee and photo identification on your test day, and plan to finish before the posted closing time.
If you would like to confirm that your test has arrived or we are operating under normal hours, call 410-386-8450 or email testingcenter@carrollcc.edu. If you are concerned about weather-related closings, please call the weather line at 410-386-8457. The college Web site routinely posts an announcement when a closing is warranted. Please also check the college calendar to see whether there will be bands or other events in the Great Hall and schedule yourself accordingly, especially if you are bothered by this type of distraction.

Tests are returned via U.S. mail and are picked up for postmarking by college staff at 9 a.m. daily except Saturdays.  Special mailing services (Federal Express/UPS/etc.) are not available. Please be sure to meet testing and return deadlines as outlined on your course syllabus. Fees for international mailings will be added to your proctoring fees.

Note that if we are administering our placement test for you to attend another institution, a $25 proctoring fee is charged.
