College policy requires that you contact your instructor in advance if you are unable to attend class on a test or exam day due to illness or emergency circumstances. You may also need to provide documentation to satisfy your instructor that a make-up test is warranted (instead of an F). Each academic division sets its own make-up test policy, which is included in your class syllabus. For further details, speak with your instructor.
If your instructor allows a make up quiz or exam in the Testing Center (A132), you will need to show your driver's license or other official government-issued photo identification to receive your test.
You must make an appointment if your exam requires any equipment (for example, a computer or listening device). Be sure to budget your time to complete the test within the instructor's time limits and the center's closing time.
