Medical Biller

Medical Billers bill and collect fees for professional health care services provided to patients in inpatient and outpatient facilities, health care service provider practices and physician offices. Medical billers file insurance claims and post payments. They also work with the patient and their insurance companies to settle claims that are denied, are in review or are pending. Medical billers should be familiar with medical coding for both inpatient and outpatient facilities and physician offices.
