Carroll’s Blackboard is version 9.1 Service Pack 6 (v. 9.1 SP6)
Blackboard (Bb) works with your internet browser and personal computer's (PC) operating system, so you might experience differences in how your PC works with Blackboard (Bb) as compared to a campus PC. Therefore, we advise reviewing Bb's system requirements at the start of each term.

- From the "Student Bb Resources" menu tab
- Or, search "Student Orientation to Blackboard" from the Community tab

Bb Help Desk by phone is operated by the Distance Learning Office (L192) and the Library Reference Desk during library operating hours. - E-mail blackboard@carrollcc.edu
The account is monitored throughout the day. E-mails received in the evening recieve a response on the next college operating day except on Saturdays.
