Carroll offers the FACTS/Nelnet Business Solutions Automatic Monthly Payment Plan as an alternative to a direct payment by by checking, savings or credit card.
FACTS E-Cashier Schedule for 2012 - 2013
A $200 minimum balance is required.
Depending on when you register for classes and submit your FACTS/Nelnet Business Solutions Payment Agreement, either of the following payment plans may apply:
- Monthly payments only
- An immediate down payment followed by monthly payments
Summer Early Registration: Tuesday, April 17

50 percent deposit required 2 monthly payments, June and July |

Full payments may be made on e-Cashier through Wednesday, May 23. |

Fall Early Registration: Tuesday, April 17
| through Thursday, Aug. 2 |
no deposit required five monthly payments, August through December |
| through Wednesday, Aug. 22 |
20 percent deposit required four monthly payments, September through December |
| through Tuesday, Sept. 4 |
40 percent deposit required three monthly payments, October through December |

Spring 2013 Early Registration: Tuesday, Nov. 6
Tuition is due by Tuesday, Jan. 15 for students who have registered prior to Jan. 15. Students registering for classes after Jan. 15 must enroll in FACTS or pay in full immediately.

Payments and Fees
Interest and finance charges are not assessed; however, there is a non-refundable enrollment fee of $25 per semester.
FACTS/Nelnet automatically deducts the funds from a checking or savings account, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit card. There is $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned.
