Carroll Community College New Course Features Wellness Advice for Aging

Westminster, Md., Carroll Community College offers a new non-credit course called "Vision for Anti-Aging: The I Glow Program."

Did you know that for every hour you remain active, you add a half-hour to your life?
Understand aging and what you can really do to combat it with Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer Heather Shreve. Hear why aging is logical, predictable, and reversible by learning her five core ways to have glowing health for the rest of your life. (Includes handouts with five principles and ten- minute upper body strength exercises.)

Heather Shreve's passion for health and green living developed early. She has experienced a 25- year journey to explore how the human body ages and repairs itself through fitness and strength training. Incorporated as The Perrine Co. in 1987, Heather created Lifeguard Wellness to help people become their own best health advocate.

For more information, see www.lifeguardwellness.com. To register for the course, call 410-386-8100 or visit www.carrollcc.edu/instantenrollment.
