SGO Awards Outstanding Club of the Year Award
Westminster, Md., May 18, 2009-The Early Childhood Education Club at Carroll Community College has been awarded as the Outstanding Club of the Year for dedication, excitement, and commitment on campus. Members of the Club received "The Freedom Writers" Award.
Award titles were based on popular movies that best describe the qualities of the winners. The awards were presented at a student banquet with a "Hollywood" theme that was held in the Great Hall of the college on May 15.
The Student Government Organization is the umbrella organization for all college clubs.
