Carroll Community College Holds Westminster Symphony Orchestra Performance

Westminster, Md., April 20, 2009-The Westminster Symphony Orchestra will perform at Carroll Community College on Saturday, May 9 at 7:30 p.m. The performance will be in the Theater in the Scott Center.
