Carroll Community College Invites Community to Holocaust
Survivor Lecture and Holocaust Museum Trip
Westminster, Md., Feb. 17, 2009- Leo Bretholz, a Holocaust survivor and author of Leap Into Darkness, will speak on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at 5 p.m. at Carroll Community College. The lecture will be held in the Theater in the Scott Center, and is free and open to the public.
The college will also sponsor a bus trip to the National Holocaust Museum in Washington, D.C. on Friday, March 27 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The community is invited. Participants will meet in the college's Great Hall. Admission is $5.00. Advance registration is required. For information, contact Tom Hockstra at thockstra@carrollcc.edu.
