Carroll Community College Welcomes New Employees

Carroll Community College (Carroll) welcomes new employees Brittany Budden and Brad Stover.

Brittany Budden is coordinator of Student Activities and Leadership. She formerly worked for Howard Community College, where she handled faculty professional development related to student service-learning.  Budden has a master's degree in education from Loyola College of Maryland and a bachelor's degree in art history from Vanderbilt University.

Brad Stover is computer technology specialist in Continuing Education and Training. Stover earned his associate degree from Carroll in Computer Information Systems. He is also an A+ Certified PC Technician. Stover has over 14 years of consulting experience for home users and small businesses. Prior to assuming his new position, Stover was an hourly staff member at the college since 2006.

Carroll is located at 1601 Washington Rd. in Westminster, Md.
