External Diploma Program Available Through Carroll Community College
Adult Education in Carroll County is now being offered by Carroll Community College. The External Diploma Program provides adults an alternative path to obtaining a high school diploma. The program is offered in Westminster and in Mt. Airy. For information, call 410-386-2550 or 1-888-221-9748.
A pre-screening is required. The next pre-screenings are on Monday, Jan. 7, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. and on Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2008 at 9 a.m.
