Careers in Health Speaker Series Announced for Fall 2007
Physical Therapist Assistant and Athletic Trainer to Speak
Physical Therapist Assistant Eric Shawl and Athletic Trainer Gregg Nibbelink will address students with talks about their careers during class times held this fall at Carroll Community College.
Shawl will speak before a health class on Thursday, Oct. 18 from1 p.m. to 2 p.m. in room P520. Nibbelink will speak before a health class on Wednesday, Nov. 28 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in room P520. Both speakers will discuss the necessary education and training to start careers in their chosen professions. The speakers will also discuss what a typical day is like for them in their respective fields.
The community is invited to both talks. The talks are part of a "Careers in Health Speaker Series" being sponsored by the college's Health and Wellness Connection Academic Community.
