Cecelia Isales Joins Carroll Community College

Cecelia Isales joined Carroll Community College (Carroll)  on Jan. 8, 2007, as an assistant professor of nursing.

Isales had most recently been a paramed examiner at Examination Management Services, Inc. in Linthicum. She has also served as an adjunct instructor at Carroll since 2005. Isales has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University, School of Nursing in Washington, D.C. She has a Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from University of Pennsylvania, School of Nursing, Philadelphia, Pa.

Isales resides in Eldersburg, Md.
